About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth project delivery by providing administrative and operational support to project managers and site teams. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site visits.
  • Track project milestones and report on progress.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a construction or project support role is desirable but not essential.
