At Downwell, she plays a central role in developing tender submissions, producing Revit drawings, site logistics plans, construction programmes and high-quality 3D visualisations that clearly communicate delivery strategies.
She has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s digital presentation standards, using animation and sequencing to turn complex methodologies into compelling, easy-to-understand visual content that strengthens client confidence and improves bid quality.
Alongside her design expertise, Patricia contributes to the ongoing development of digital workflows and project delivery processes. Combining technical precision with creativity and problem-solving, she helps drive efficiency, coordination and the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
