Appointed by leading developer London Square, Downwell Group is delivering a £9m specialist construction package at Westminster Tower. The project represents one of the most significant and technically complex schemes in the Group’s history. The works form part of London Square’s transformation of Westminster Tower into luxury residential apartments on London’s South Bank, adjacent to the Houses of Parliament.
