Supporting the Wellbeing of Our Workforce

Downwell Group is proud to be a Company Supporter of the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, the only charity in the UK dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.

We take the wellbeing of our people very seriously and has always been fundamental to the way we operate. By partnering with the Lighthouse Charity, we are strengthening our commitment to ensuring every member of our workforce has access to free, confidential, and 24/7 support whenever they need it. In addition, we have our own trained Mental Health First Aiders, who can also be contacted for support and advice.
