Lewis Turnbull is an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong track record delivering complex enabling works and civil engineering projects across London. Since joining Downwell in 2023, he has successfully led key packages on major schemes including Global Switch, Westminster Tower and Rainham Steel, overseeing site clearance, groundworks and substructure works.
With expertise in reinforced concrete, temporary works, drainage and groundworks, Lewis combines a hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. He is highly experienced in resource planning, programme management, subcontractor coordination and maintaining quality, safety and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
