As principal contractor, Downwell Group is delivering a comprehensive package of enabling works, including soft strip, full de-cladding, high-level demolition, installation of a steel-framed structure at height, and structural strengthening to the existing core.
The appointment highlights Downwell Group’s expertise in delivering complex specialist construction services, drawing on the strength of its integrated capabilities in civils enabling, structural engineering, environmental remediation and scaffolding.
